Fabric

Our fabrics are hand printed and therefore have a ‘hand printed’ appearance making the product unique. Small imperfections and differences in colour may occur but are part of the overall feel and look of the fabric and design.  Please don’t see these irregularities as a fault.

 

Wallpaper

Wallpaper is printed to order and is non-returnable, unless it is faulty.  However, once trimmed or cut we cannot accept any wallpaper returns.

 

Colour Matching

Our base cloth is made from natural linen and so colour matches may vary from batch to batch.  However, we try very hard to make sure that colours correspond to our samples.

 

Prices

Pricing is subject to change.  The current price will be quoted prior to an order being placed.

Prices of fabrics and wallpapers do not include postage, packing or insurance.

 

Payment policies

You can order fabrics and wallpapers either by phone or email.  You will then receive an invoice and once we have received payment from you, by bank transfer, your order will be processed.  Fabrics and wallpapers are printed to order so please expect a 2 to 6 week delivery time. 

 

Cleaning

Fabrics can be dry cleaned or washed on a cool 30c wash, but please beware shrinkage, colour running or fading.

 

Faulty goods

Goods must be carefully inspected prior to cutting.  Mimi Pickard fabrics are hand printed and therefore have a ‘hand printed’ appearance which may cause small irregularities, but this is part of the overall look.  However, if you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of purchase by phone or email. Once trimmed or cut, we cannot accept any fabric or wallpaper returns.

 

Deliveries and third parties

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct product has been delivered to any other third party such as an upholsterer or curtain maker.  Once trimmed or cut, we cannot accept any fabric or wallpaper returns.

 

Delivery charges

There will be a minimum charge of £13 plus VAT for postage and packing.  This may be subject to change, depending on the weight of the fabric and will be listed in the invoice.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Any delay of part of an order against an estimated delivery date does not entitle the buyer to cancel the order.
